News You Can Use
We are calling on everyone to prayerfully consider how you might use your time and talents to help propel CtK forward in this new hybrid in-person/techno-based way of doing church. We have the technology. Now, we need YOU!
If you feel you might be interested in any of these volunteer positions and/or if you have any questions, please give Deacon Mandy a call (970-247-5310) or touch base with her during the week. Training will be provided for all volunteers. Thanks for your consideration.

Fellowship Groups – August 2024
CtK Piecemaker Quilters
The Piecemakers group is in need of a few more people who are interested in helping us keep our ministry thriving at CtK. We sew quilts to donate to NELM, and CtK members & their families (Graduates, baptisms, retirements, comfort) as well as other people who need to know that someone cares about them.
We have members who would be happy to teach you the basics of quilting (Hint: that means sewing a pretty straight line!) and the difference between pressing and ironing (HINT: quilters press fabric).
We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month starting at 10:00 to sew together, laugh together and usually enjoy lunch together. We have a couple extra sewing machines and fabric available to sew if you want to give quilting a try. Any of us will be happy to teach you what we know about making a quilt.
If you have any questions, please feel free to talk to any of us (Judy Danielson, Judy Olson Carol Orlowski or Cora Landgren) when you see us at church. Any of us can answer your questions or give you more information.
