  • Saturday, October 13:  CtK’s Annual Art Gala, “AfterWords,” will take place in the Community Hall from 6:00 PM — 8:00 PM.  All are invited to participate.  Simply pick any story in the Bible about a “fleeting character” and explain what happened to that individual “AfterWords.”  For example, a story describing how Jesus healed someone who had a “legion of demons,” does NOT explain what happened to the individual after they were healed — they simply go away.  So your artwork would explain what happened to that individual “AfterWords.”  The possibilities for what artwork might be created are endless; for example:  lego art, oil or water color painting, stick figure sketches, a quilt, music, dance, sculptures, poems, etc. — all forms of art are acceptable.  The art will be displayed around the Church campus.   For more info e-mail Pastor Tim or call him at 247-5310.

  • Saturday, November 3rdJoin fellow CtK’ers for Fiesta!! Dias de los Muertos — a celebration of All Saints and a celebration of our Guatemalan congregation.  Contact Carroll Groeger for more details.
