Reformation Sunday

Wear red!

Reformation Sunday is the celebration of the anniversary of the day Martin Lutherposted his Ninety-five Theses on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany (October 31, 1517), later identified by Protestants as the beginning of the Reformation.

The liturgical colour of the day is red, which represents the Holy Spirit and the Martyrs of the Christian Church.

4th Annual Art Gala

The theme this year is the Psalms - expand to RSVP.

Use any media you like: paint, sculpture, food, music… any way you would like to display your interpretation of a Psalm. It can be your favorite Psalm, your least favorite, or one in between. Your art could even typify them all! Come dressed in your Gala best to an elegant and fun evening at CtK.

Gingerbread House Contest

Compete in teams to see who can build the best gingerbread house with traditional and non-traditional materials and ingredients.

Live Nativity

Dogs, children and adults act out the Nativity Story.

Bring your dogs and family and friends to recreate the Nativity story. Costumes provided – even for dogs. No lines to learn, just fun to be had. Sign up with Pastor Tim or Mandy to participate – food is needed as well for after the service.

The Nativity scene will be acted out at the 10:30 worship service with fellowship following.
