Week of November 28th Wobbler Lesson Plan

Our goals for our wobblers are to encourage physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. We do this in many ways, such as dancing, cuddling, sharing and communicating. We provide activity areas, such as a reading area, manipulative toys area and dramatic play area.

Schedule:
07:30-08:30    Wobblers and Toddlers Together, Free Play in Wobbler Room
08:30-09:00    All Children in Designated Class Rooms, Reading and diapers
09:00-09:30    Snack and clean up
09:30-10:00    Art Activity, Circle Time
10:00-10:30    Outside Play
10:30-11:00    Clean up and Diaper Changes
11:00-11:40    Lunch
11:40-02:30    Nap (We play soft music and rub backs during nap time.)
02:45-03:00    Snack
03:00-03:30    Outside Play
03:30-04:00    Teacher Directed, Large Group Activity
04:30-05:30    Wobblers and Toddlers Together, Free Play in Wobbler Room

Parents will provide:
•    Diapers, wipes and changes of clothes
•    Jacket and hat during cooler weather
•    If you wish, you may provide a favorite blanket for nap time
Please label all of your child’s belongings, including your diaper bag

Children’s World will provide:
•    A cot, clean sheet and blanket for nap time
•    A cubby for your child’s diapers, wipes, and extra changes of clothes
•    A folder for each child on the classroom door where we place your child’s artwork and important papers for you to read
