| Welcome to Our Infant Program |
We
understand that it is difficult for many parents/guardians to leave their
precious little ones under the supervision of someone new. Let us assure you
that we will do everything we can to make this as easy a transition as
possible, for both you and your baby. We will attempt to provide a similar
routine for your baby here at the center as you have at home.
Our day care center provides two rooms for infant care.
Infant Room 1 - ages 6 weeks to 8 months
Infant Room 2 - ages 7 months to 18 months

Parents are
required to provide:
- Breast milk or formula premixed and brought in bottles
labeled with your child's name
- Baby food/cereal, and snacks/lunches until 1 year of
age
- Diapers, wipes, and extra changes of clothes
Children's
World practices responsive care giving with all of our infants. We rock them,
read to them and have tummy time for infants in Infant Room 1.
Infants in Room 2 participate in art activities when schedules allow. The older
infants start transition to the wobbler room by napping on cots and eating at
the table together.
